Sakpra, Jite, Uviejitobor, Orugbo, Others Make List As Udu PDP Inaugurates Campaign Council

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Udu Local Government Area (LGA), Delta State has taken a significant step towards the 2024 Local Government elections by constituting and inaugurating its Campaign Council. The event, held today June 12, 2024, at the Party Secretariat in Otor-Udu Community, Udu LGA, on the occasion of the Udu PDP General meeting, was presided over by Hon. Evang David Siloko, the Udu PDP LGA Chairman.

Hon. David Siloko welcomed party members and emphasized their collective responsibilities to secure victory for Olorogun Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode, JP FCIA, as the next Council Chairman, along with the 20 Dsiec Ward Councillors.

Olorogun Vincent Oyibode, the PDP Chairmanship Candidate for Udu LGA, expressed that the election transcends individual ambitions, it’s about serving the people. He pledged to champion the MORE AGENDA Initiative of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori in Udu.

Hon. Chief Dr. Henry Afure Sakpra has been appointed as the Coordinator of the Campaign Council. In his acceptance speech, Chief Sakpra expressed gratitude and committed to leading an effective campaign to secure victories across all positions, from the Chairmanship position to the 20 Councillorship seats.

Hon. Chief Jite Brown assumes the role of Deputy Coordinator, bringing his expertise and dedication to the campaign.
